Grass-fed Lamb

Grass-fed Lamb

Our lambs live their entire lives eating nothing but milk and grass. Their mothers naturally wean them around 6-8 weeks of age, and then they spend the rest of the summer on green pastures eating all they can hold! We time harvesting them at the end of the grazing season for optimal nutrition and weight gain. As the saying goes, "They are vegetarians so you don't have to be!"

2025 Schedule

We are currently set to harvest lambs at the end of October/early November, just when they are coming off summer pasture. At that time, they will be taken to the abattoir, who will then contact you to get your specific cutting instructions. Between hanging time, cutting time and freezing time, this process takes up to a couple of weeks. This would make delivery to you, mid to late November. Once you make your order, we will be in contact with you, so you know just when to expect your delivery! Feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.

Price: $10.00 per pound hanging weight
