Our lamb is $10/# hanging weight, and the hanging weight per lamb averages between 35 and 45 lbs. Your take home weight will be between 25 and 35#. Once the lambs are delivered to the abattoir, they will contact you for cutting instructions. When your meat is frozen and ready to go, we will deliver to your location. Local delivery only. Balance is due on delivery. Quantity is limited.
